4. Use every Amway product and joint-venture company for your own personal use - it's impossible to speak to other people about our business without having the integrity of believing in the great products that we have.

Be on a Continuing Education Programme of CD's to listen to and books to read - we definitely would never have succeeded without the knowledge and perspective that we have gained from such a programme. The reason we suggest people use such a programme in our business is so that they can learn how to succeed in our business and hence have a large team with lots of volume going through it.

6. Attend seminars that educate you on how to build your business - The reason we suggest people attend seminars in our business is so that they can learn both how to succeed as well as get the right thinking so that you can build a large team with lots of volume going through it.
7 Build key relationships with people in your team.
8. Serve people - the best kind of leadership is servant leadership that shows by example.
9. Have integrity in everything you do - people will trust you and want to be around your team.
10. Have fun building your business and fall in love with the process - its going to be tough at times and exciting at times just like everything in life so enjoy the ride!
