CALCULATION OF THE 2% LEADERSHIP COMMISSION The International Sponsor of a qualified 21% group will keep: ALL of the International Leadership Commission if he/she is at 21% themselves. SOME of the International Leadership Commission if he/she is at less than 21% but has two International Leadership Commissions coming back to him/her from two separate legs. NONE of the International Leadership Commission if he/she is less than 21% and has only one International Leadership Commission coming back to him/her.   International sponsoring is a chance to offer the Amway business opportunity to others from other countries, to give them the ability to work towards and reach their dreams. THE FOSTER COMMISSION The purpose of the Foster Commission is to reward 21% IBOs for providing support and developing internationally sponsored (foster) downline IBOs into Silver Producers, Gold Producers and Platinums. Similar to the 4% Leadership Commission it serves as a replacement for the pass-up volume which is lost when a downline IBO reaches 21%. The 2% Foster commission represents a split of the 4% Leadership Commission between the International Sponsor and the Foster (local) Sponsor CALCULATION OF THE 2% FOSTER COMMISSION Each Foster Sponsor of a qualified 21% group will keep: ALL of the Foster Commission generated by their 21% group if their personal group volume is equal to or exceeds 10000PV SOME of the Foster Commission generated by their 21% group if their personal group volume is 4000PV, or more but less than 10000PV and has two or more Foster Commissions flowing to them i.e. two or more 21% groups. NONE of the Foster Sponsor Commission generated by their group if their personal group volume is less than 10000PV and has only one Foster Commission flowing to them i.e. only one 21% group.     REMEMBER: The dotted line depicts an international sponsor relationship.
