March PLATINUM ACHIEVER LEVEL

Before joining the Amway business in June 2007, working 14-16 hour days were normal for Sundaram and Vanithamani Pillay of Johannesburg. Family time was scarce. The Amway opportunity provided a vehicle to fast track their retirement as well as the ability to leave a legacy for their children.

Their biggest challenge was leveraging what little time they had available. The Amway business support system and the entrepreneurial environment they were exposed to provided them with a simple, yet effective solution.

“Achieving this level in the business is a significant milestone on the road to financial and time freedom. It proves that success is guaranteed if one applies the correct mind-set and commitment to the business. The system has a proven track record around the world. We hope that reaching this level provides inspiration to others to achieve as well” said Sundaram.

“Amway represents a unique business opportunity to develop a multinational business with minimal risk exposure. The financial options would allow me to practise my profession on my own terms and for Vanu and I to follow our other passions and interests.”

Working towards Emerald over the next 12-14 months will enable the Pillay’s to make changes to their hectic schedules as well as introduce the business to like-minded individuals.

Residing in Botswana, Lalith and Nirmalie Senaratne started building their Amway business in July 2006, when they were introduced to the business opportunity by a friend.

As professionals Lalith and Nirmalie lived a comfortable life, setting goals for themselves and always challenging themselves to aim higher and higher.

They did not find the Amway business opportunity too challenging, as they have the ambition to become successful in what they put their minds too.

Achieving Gold during December 2008 was a great accomplishment, but even more satisfying, was reaching Platinum in just a couple of months. This achievement has given them a great sense of accomplishment.

The Senaratne’s are looking forward to realising more of their goals within the next 12 to 14 months.

The business opportunity is allowing them to grow from one achievement to the other, but it is also giving them the chance to enjoy the great products that Amway has to offer.

Products spanning from durables, to beauty, to health and wellbeing, these products are enhancing their personal lives and allowing them to reach out to others with confidence.

Vibrant 58-year-old Retha Groenewald was first introduced to Amway in 2000. Even as a ‘beginner’ she set her sights on achieving Emerald towards the end of the 2010 fiscal year. Spurned on by ill health and an unhappy relationship, Retha grasped the opportunity with both hands and never regrets being master of her own destiny. Being involved with Amway has improved her health, as well as enhanced her life mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

Retha credits her Upline and Downline team members as her extended family and applauds Amway for making her realise that she always has the freedom of choice.

Retha, together with her sister Hantie, places are booked and bags are packed and they are super excited to be crossing the ocean to the idealic island of Mauritius later this year.
