How do I know what my login details are?

After you have signed up as an IBO, your login (this is where we ask for the 'Amway ID' in the first line) is your IBO number. The password you have to supply in the second line is your date of birth keyed in as ddmmyy. When you login with these details the system will recognise your business and will supply all your personal business indicators, including your PV/BV and LOS Maps

How do I personalise my login details?

Contact the Amway Online Help Desk on 0800 203 772 to personalise your password and protect your business information from others who might know your Amway ID number and your date of birth.

I've got all the information; but the login won't work ...

If you are experiencing challenges with logging onto www.amway.co.za; ensure that you have the correct ID Number and password. Remember that Amway passwords are case sensitive, so check that the 'Caps Lock' is not on; or try your password in different case variations. If you do not have an ID Number or password, or if you have forgotten your password please call our Amway Online Help Desk on 0800 203 772 or email us on infocentre.zaf@amway.com.

How do I shop?

When shopping on www.amway.co.za, you can choose 'how' you would like to shop.

BROWSE AND BUY: just like 'real' shopping, you can take your time to look around at what's available. When you've found a product you would like to purchase, simply select it by clicking the 'Add' option. You will see the total number of items in your basket and the rand value displayed in the 'totals' bar at the top of the page. When you have finished adding items, click on the basket icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to view your total order.

SHOPPING BASKET: this is the fast and easy way to order when you know your Product item (SKU) numbers. Click on Shopping Basket from the Ordering menu on the grey navigation bar, and then simply enter the Product Number as well as the quantity required, directly on to the order form. Whether you choose to browse and buy or place an order, your items are added to the same 'basket'. (We call the order form a basket while shopping.)

QUICK FIND: If you know what you are looking for, simply ask www.amway.co.za to find it for you by entering the product name or keyword in the search box located on the top right hand corner of each page. You can make your search even more specific if you know the product number - we will find it for you straight away!

What do you mean by the three-step ordering process?

Step 1: Place Order

When you click on 'basket' it will take you to Step 1 of the ordering form.

When you are here you can double check your orders and use the cross if you want to delete an item from your order form or you can click on the i; if you want to check on the product detail.
Once you have completed Step 1 of the ordering process, make sure that you check out to move on to Step 2.

Please remember that it is necessary to go through all three steps before you have completed the ordering process and your products will be delivered to you.

Step 2: Delivery and Payment

You will find two choices in Step 2. Choose which delivery address first; and secondly the delivery type.

The delivery choices offer you the 'home address' radio button: this is the address that is stored in Amway's database.

If you click on the 'pick up' button it will allow you to make one of three choices: do you want to collect your products at the warehouse in Johannesburg, the ABC in Cape Town or the ABC in Johannesburg?

Underneath these choices you will see a blue button with DELIVERY INFORMATION on it. This pop-up page gives you all the information regarding Amway's delivery systems and partners, as well as a flow chart for each country. On the flow chart you can follow each stage of the parcel from ordering up to opening the box!

Step 3: Order Confirmation

In Step 3 you will be able to see all the delivery and payment details; as well as the sub total; the handling/ delivery charge, total and your total savings.

Remember to click on the FINISH button before you move to the next section on the website.

Why can't I put combination orders through on www.amway.co.za?

When we launched www.amway.co.za we communicated that we are planning to publish the website in three phases.

Published in December 2007, Phase 1 offered PV/BV; LOS Maps and information on how to manage your Amway Business.

During September 2008 we published Phase 2 and although shopping and ordering are the most important sections, we supplied a wealth of information regarding products, our brands and the Amway business opportunity. You can also now read the Amagram online, visit the download centre (Amway e-office) and get regular updates on IBO recognition, seminars and incentives.

Combination orders are part of Phase 3 and we will soon communicate publishing dates and relevant information regarding this phase.
