Sales Incentive Programme
& Business Seminars Fy2009

SOUTHERN AFRICA

Welcome!

We are excited to bring the new incentive programme to you. Amway southern Africa's Sales Incentive Programmes and Business Seminars have been designed to encourage IBO investment in the southern African market.

This programme consists of rewards and awards above and beyond those you will find in the sales and marketing plan. The Sales Incentives and Business Seminars are designed to reward growth. IBOs who develop sustainable and profitable businesses through merchandising high quality products and offering the business opportunity to others, have an opportunity to receive benefit.

The Sales Incentive Programme has been designed to focus on one-time cash awards for Founders Platinum IBOs. Furthermore, this programme also introduces monthly rewards for Platinum and above IBOs with three or more qualifying legs towards Emerald and above qualification. The monthly programme will reward IBOs for supporting and developing the three or more legs. This programme has been designed to reward IBOs for helping others achieve their goals and aspirations.

The Business Seminars have been designed as a two year programme that rewards Platinum and above IBOs. For the next two years, the programme offers first time qualifiers an opportunity to participate at Achievers based on the qualification of 6 Achiever months. There is great excitement around this as it provides more IBOs with an opportunity to share in the experience, and an opportunity to network with Leaders at a wonderful destination. The New Platinum Forum will also be held at the Achievers event for the next two years. All new and re-qualified Emerald IBOs will join the Company in an additional two night stay to participate at the Emerald event and will have an opportunity to strategise and plan for the future. The Business Seminars with the exception of Diamond Forum will be hosted at Le Paradis in Mauritius, a spectacular resort with exquisite white beaches, crystal-clear blue water, scrumptious cuisine, luxurious accommodation and breathtaking sunsets.

This programme will afford you an opportunity to work with the Company and your IBO Leaders to develop your business beyond what even you thought was possible.
Make this year your year to grow!

Sales Incentive Programme

New Founders Platinum One-Time-Cash Award
For qualifying Founders Platinum for the first time during this fiscal year, i.e. 12 qualified months, a New Founders Platinum will receive R25 000. Volume Equivalency will apply to this award level.

* The qualification period is from 1 September 2008 to 31 August 2009. This award only applies to IBOs who qualify at this level for the first time since joining the business and must qualify during the qualification period.

New Founders Platinum Commission
For qualifying Founders Platinum for the first time during this fiscal year, i.e. 12 qualified months, a New Founders Platinum will receive R25 000. Volume Equivalency will apply to this award level.

MONTHLY GROWTH PROGRAMME
This is a new and exciting programme designed to reward Platinum IBOs on track for Emerald and above qualification. This programme and criteria offers IBOs an opportunity to increase their rewards by helping more people achieve success, and the more legs qualified, the greater the reward.

Who qualifies for this program?
All IBOs at the Platinum level with a minimum of three qualified legs towards Emerald and above qualification. All legs must be in-country qualified legs i.e. legs in southern Africa.

All re-qualified Emerald and above IBOs.

How will the program work?
IBOs must have a minimum of three qualified legs. All legs must be qualified in-country i.e. legs in southern Africa.

IBOs re- qualifying at the Emerald or higher level are required to have a minimum of 2400 PGV (personal group volume) generated from legs outside of those qualified during the previous qualification period i.e. 1 September 2007 to 31 August 2008. For example, if an IBO had four qualified legs during the previous qualification period i.e.1 September 2007 to 31 August 2008, the IBO must ensure that he/she has an additional 2400 PGV outside of the four qualified legs.

IBOs will only qualify for the reward each time the criteria of a minimum three qualified legs and 2400 PGV (personal group volume) have been met.

How will the payment work?

Qualifying IBOs will receive an amount of R5000 per leg as and when the three or more legs qualify and have a minimum of 2400 PGV (personal group volume). The PGV (personal group volume) requirement can be earned cumulatively and the reward will only be paid once the IBO has three of more legs qualified as well as 2400 cumulative PGV (personal group volume).

The scenarios below explain how this programme will work:-

'x' denotes a qualified month. The colours denote how the programme and payment will be tracked.

The above example illustrates an IBO with three Founders Platinum legs and has 2400 PGV (personal group volume) in each of the twelve months. In this scenario, the IBO qualifies for a reward of R15 000 per month as the criteria of minimum three qualified legs and 2400 PGV (personal group volume) have been met.

The above scenario illustrates that the IBO has three qualified legs and unlike scenario one does not have 2400 PGV (personal group volume) every month. In such an instance, the PGV (personal group volume) will be accumulated until the minimum requirement of 2400 PGV (personal group volume) has been met.

The IBO will qualify for his/her first reward in the month of November. This is the first month the criteria of a minimum of three qualified legs and 2400 PGV (personal group volume) have been met. The IBO will qualify for the next reward in the month of January. The criteria of a minimum of three qualified legs have been met in October and November respectively. However, the PGV (personal group volume) requirement was met in the month of January. This was a cumulative total since November. Subsequent rewards will be earned in the months of March, May, June, July and August.

The above scenario illustrates that the IBO has six qualified legs but has not met the PGV (personal group volume) requirement of 2400 every month. In such an instance, the PGV (personal group volume) will be accumulated until the minimum requirement of 2400 PGV (personal group volume) has been met.

The IBO will qualify for his/her first reward in the month of September. This is the first month the criteria of a minimum of three qualified legs and 2400 PGV (personal group volume) have been met. The next reward will be earned in the month of November as the criteria have been met with cumulative PGV (personal group volume). Subsequent rewards will be earned in the months of January, April, July and August.
