After graduating with honors from Purdue University,
Jim and Nancy moved to California, where Jim
took a position as an aeronautical engineer and
Nancy worked as a speech pathologist. Tired of the
monotony presented by their jobs, they decided to
take control of their future, and began their business
as a step toward financial freedom. For over twenty
years, the Dornans have guided the growth of
Network TwentyOne, gaining enormous business
experience and a profound understanding of the
hopes and dreams of individuals in many cultures
and societies. Network TwentyOne now operates in
numerous countries all across the globe. Visionary
thinking and a positive attitude continue to be the
mark of this dynamic couple.
"We created Network TwentyOne so that others
could have the opportunity to learn and be successful
in this business and in all walks of life."

Guy Didcott lives in Sandton and has been involved
with Amway for four-and-a-half years. He was
motivated to join by a desire for options outside of
a corporate career. He looked for a way to get out
of the conventional corporate life by exchanging his
time for money. Before joining Amway, Guy worked
a sixty to seventy hour week as an engineer in senior
management.
Guy had to grow personally in order to help others in
dealing with their fears. He says that we all enter thebusiness with different sets of skills, experience and
talents. The people who choose to be serious about
pursuing their dream have to humble themselves in
order to achieve their goals.
He says that reaching this level is a very exciting
milestone, as it means the beginning of different
financial options and the freedom to focus on those
things that are really important to him. The Amway
business has afforded him more time to spend with
his daughter and more time to pursue his passion for
sports (martial arts, cycling, boarding and golf). He has
also been able to make a positive contribution to the
lives of the special people with whom he works.
Amway has represented an association of people
who dare to challenge and change their thinking and
perceptions. He said that Amway is a testament to
guts, free spirit and compassion in business.
Guy's goal for the next year is to consolidate this level
by equipping the right people with the skills to reach
Emerald.
Guy leads a very different and exciting lifestyle now
that he has joined the Amway business. He enjoys
the privilege of setting his own diary for the things he
chooses to enjoy. Guy's daughter is now seventeen and
is preparing for her final school year. While she decides
what she wants to do with her life, Guy is focused on
setting an example with his winning attitude.
