Rancho El Petacal in Jalisco, Mexico is a 1,400 acre (566 hectares) "farm of the future," where plants for NUTRILITE food supplements are grown. NUTRILITE ingredients are also grown on the 700 acre (283 hectares) Trout Lake Farm, in Trout Lake, Washington, one of the largest certified organic herbal farms in North America.

NUTRILITE's strict organic farming practices are used at the farms that produce NUTRILITE products. These practices promote healthier plants and soils by avoiding synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides, and fertilisers, which results in plants that are more resistant to insects and disease.

NUTRILITE Health Institute
Dr. Carl "Sam" Rehnborg, son of NUTRILITE founder C.F. Rehnborg, established the Rehnborg Center for Nutrition & Wellness in 1996, which evolved into the NUTRILITE Health Institute in 2002. It is the primary source of research, education, training that is used to continually update and improve NUTRILITE products.

Research
