Jonathan, an IT engineer, and Edna, a management consultant, grabbed the opportunity to become involved with the business in 2005, when they realized that Amway could allow them the chance to develop life options that people rarely achieve in a lifetime. Before joining Amway, they felt that the relentless corporate environment, although lucrative, didn't allow for the quality of life that they wanted for themselves. Amway afforded an alternative that they had never dreamed existed.
Now, Jonathan says that they are able to live an extraordinary life worth writing a book about!
Jonathan and Edna are both grateful to build alongside a dynamic team of business partners and to grow under fantastic mentors and leadership. They say that this business venture has been a rich and worthwhile journey so far, and they feel that with focus and work, every day is a step closer to freedom.
In the next year, this Johannesburg-based couple hopes to help at least three other people to set up for Platinum and beyond.

While Tebatso and Lemogang ran their businesses, they worked long hours and had little time to spend with their family. They became involved with Amway in October 2007, and say that this has been a turning point in their lives. They are currently still self-employed, but are working towards 100 percent involvement in Amway in the next 12 months.
According to Tebatso and Lemogang, it is the transparency and credibility that makes Amway such a wonderful business model. They love the fact that it provides financial freedom and a great lifestyle.
Reaching New Platinum level has given them the confidence that they can achieve any level, as long as
they commit to the counselling and mentorship that they get from their uplines.
Their children - two sons and a daughter - are all in the business, and it means a great deal to the Phetos to be part of a business that supports their whole family.
