he Ruby Commission is designed to recognise high personal group
volume.
A Ruby Commission of 2% of a given personal group BV will be paid to each qualified IBO whose personal PV for that month reaches 20 000.
The 2% commission is in addition to the regular 21% Performance Incentive the IBO will receive.
CRITERIA
In one month
Attain 20 000 Ruby PV Qualified Volume
Volume may include pass-up from non-qualified Silver and Gold Producers. See example 1
Volume may not include downline non-qualified Platinum's volume. See example 2
Volume may not include Volume of 21% groups (e.g. upline are qualified by virtue of the downline's 21%

The Ruby Pin is awarded only after Platinum qualifications are completed. The Ruby Commission can be earned during the six qualifying months of a Platinum.
